Review of Easyspace

Author: James Betchley

EasySpace
Does what it says on the tin, they offer a cheap easy way to get your site online with little or no knowledge of web design, their deals all come with a free domain name and are all available on Windows or Unix and offer packages ranging from their Starter Plus right up to comprehensive Managed Multi-server Hosting and at the time of writing are offering 15% off their Virtual Private Servers.

Easy Space provide a great way to get on to the web, with fast connection speeds (0.36s for a page size of 250kb), and a wide range of packages to suit each type of user including a great Pick ‘n’ Mix option which means you only pay for those features you need.

Control Panel, users use the EasySpace Service Centre, a stripped down control panel featuring only the necessary fuctions required to manage your site, great for those new to web design but somewhat lacking for more advanced users.

Support, EasySpace packages all feature 24/7 phone support plus the added bonus of online Live Chat help, Video Tutorials and a usefull Customer Forum where you can chat to other users who will no doubt hve been in your position at some point or another.

Bandwidth, EasySpace makes no promises it can’t keep about Bandwidth but with it’s cheapest option coming with 15GB you should have plenty to be getting on with.

Up Time, EasySpace maintains a 99.9% up time, about as good as it gets and is in part due to their Apache Servers.

E-Commerce, EasySpace offer a Dedicated SSL as an optional upgrade to their Business Package.

In conclusion, EasySpace have got something for everyone a good web host with price and reliability on their side including some great tid bits thrown in such as £155 worth of free ad marketing vouchers from the likes of Google and Yahoo.
